Volunteer
The Pentucket Regional School District would like to thank you for your support of our district and for your interest in becoming a volunteer. As a volunteer, you provide great value to our students, teachers, and our community.
There are a couple of steps that you complete prior to your volunteer experience:
- Completing a CORI Request Form *include a copy of both the front and back of your driver's license with your application*
- Read and Sign the PRSD Confidentiality Code and Guidelines for Volunteers
- Complete and Sign the PRSD Criminal Information Form
These documents are intended to protect the safety, security, and confidentiality of our students, teachers, and the community.
- Please download first to be able to fill out online.
- Submit your CORI application to the Administrative Assistant at the school where you wish to volunteer.
